In addition to the normal Global Radio terms and conditions the following rules apply to this competition:

1. This contest runs daily on-air in the breakfast show, Monday 16th - Friday 20th August. Listen to Heart Breakfast for the presenters to open the competition text line. Contestants will be required to listen to answer a question set by the presenters. They must text in their answer to 82122 within 5 minutes, starting their message with the word SUFFOLK. A random draw of correct entries will be undertaken after 5 minutes and a contestant called back to play live on air

2. The daily prize is 1 pair of tickets to see Peter Andre at the Ipswich Regent on Monday 29th November. Winners will be notified direct

3. Tickets are not transferable

4. No transport is included        

5. Heart cannot be held responsible if the concert fails to take place nor for changes to the line-up caused by factors beyond our control. In these circumstances no alternative prize will be provided

6. If the concert is postponed we will work with the venue to validate winning tickets for the new date. If the winner cannot make this date no alternative prize will be provided.

7. Heart is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the on-line and on-air coverage and adjudication of the prize draw. All other facilities connected with the provision of the prize are the responsibility of Ipswich Regent. Once at the venue the prize winners fall under the jurisdiction of the venue’s rules and regulations
